U/S 4 (1)(a) of RTI Act

Every public authority shall maintain all its records duly catalogued and indexed in a manner and the form which facilitates the right to information under this Act and ensure that all records that are appropriate to be computerized are, within a reasonable time and subject to availability of resources, computerized and connected through a network all over the country on different systems so that access to such records is facilitated.

HSIIDC has initiated the process of computerizing the records and displaying it on its website www.hsiidc.org.in for easy access of information to the general public.  The scope of the information displayed on website shall be improved gradually. Information about various activities and services, applicable Acts/ Rules, tenders/ advertisements issued from time to time, standardized documents for various services, circulars etc. is available on website. 

HSIIDC has also initiated the process of computerizing its services in a phased manner.  A web portal www.hsiidcesewa.org.in has been developed by M/s Silvertouch Technologies Ltd. Ahemdabad for HSIIDC involving pre-allotment and post-allotment estate activities (including C&H) and payment of annuity under R&R Policy, pay-roll/GPF/loan and advances.  The project has been partly implemented/ launched and the pre-allotment activities have been computerized/ made online.  A unique application ID is assigned to each application at the time of filing of application.  The module for computerizing details of existing allottees is under development which shall have facility to generate unique ID for existing allottees as well as option for filing service requests online, tracking action on such requests as well as generating various kinds of information.  Besides, a dashboard is also proposed to be provided wherein any citizen can access basic information in respect of the industrial plots.  The said module is under development and shall be launched in due course of time after necessary compliance by obtaining the security audit certificate from concerned agency.
