Message from the Managing Director
- Haryana is on the path to emerge as one of the most progressive industrialized states of India. The State has embodied the philosophy - “from red tape to red carpet” and is committed to emerge as the preferred investment destination.
- The foundation of industrial development is laid down by the infrastructural facilities. The mandate for development of industrial infrastructure in the State has been assigned to Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructural Development Corporation (HSIIDC). Incorporated in 1967, HSIIDC has been responsible for entire life cycle of infrastructure development starting from land acquisition, through development of infrastructure, to auctioning of land parcels to the investors. The infrastructural assets developed by HSIIDC comprise of Industrial Estates, Industrial Model Townships, Cluster Parks and so on. Due to the untiring efforts of HSIIDC, Haryana presently has 36 Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) / Industrial Estates / Industrial Clusters / Theme Parks spanning over 28,540 acres. Other key infrastructure projects include Integrated Aviation Hub at Hisar, the KMP Economic Corridor, Panchgram, IMT Sohna, Global City Gurugram and a Multi-Modal Logistics Hub at Narnaul. Besides, the entire state comes under the expanse of at least one major industrial corridor i.e. Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC), Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway (KMP), North-South Corridor and Bharatmala Project. These initiatives offer immense opportunities for industrial development in the State.
- HSIIDC aspires to continue this growth trajectory and make Haryana a national leader in industrial infrastructure, and I cordially invite you all to be our partners in this journey
