1. GLOBAL CITY PROJECT

• To be positioned as largest facility in the country to cater to the business and hospitality needs of corporates and government enterprises

• District Gurgaon

Area:

• 1100 acres

Projects Components:

• Festive & Leisure including Exhibition & Convention Centre; High Value Innovation & Knowledge Industries, Central Business District and Township
• To be designed by integrating smart community concepts ranging from water, power to integration of IT services in managing various public utilities

2. INTEGRATED MULTIMODAL LOGISTICS HUB (IMLH)

Vision:

• Placed strategically, the logistics hub is being positioned as consolidation point for freight movement from NCR, Punjab, Haryana and some parts of Rajasthan Region

Project:

• Proposed to be the largest facility in North India
• Expected to handle traffic in range of 1.39 m TEUs by 2030

Location:

• Southern Haryana

Core Component:

• Container Freight Station
• Custom bonded and domestic warehouses
• Railway siding
• Truck Parking/Auto zone, Container handling facility

Development Model:

• To be developed through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of HSIIDC and DMICDC
• Infrastructure development through variants of Public Private Partnership model

3. MASS RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM BETWEEN GURGAON-MANESAR-BAWAL (MRTS):

Vision:

• To provide high speed connectivity between the Industrial townships of Gurgaon, Manesar, Dharuhera and Bawal

Project:

• To run elevated, semi-elevated and ground track
• Modeled on Metro and Sub-Urban Rail Systems
• Expected to carry passengers in the range of 1.16 to 2.24 million passengers per day by 2040

Status:

• Project to be implemented through a SPV, to be floated jointly by Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC – agency of the state government) and DMICDC
• Pre-feasibility study completed
