The Corporation is a Public Limited Company, wholly owned by Government of Haryana. The Corporation form various Committees of the Board with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Minutes of the Board and Committees of the Board though confidential in nature are accessible as and when required/sought by the public. However, the matter of Public interest at large are disclosed below:-
